Payment Policy

IHCC requires students to pay their account balance in full by the payment due date. 3 payment options are available.

  1. Pay in full by the payment due date
  2. Set up an active payment plan by the payment due date. (Students that sign up for a payment plan but do not make the scheduled payments are not considered active and will be dropped from classes.)
  3. Have financial aid in place to cover their balance by the payment due date

2026-2027 Academic Year Payment Due Dates:

  • Fall Term: August 1, 2026
  • Winter Term: November 1, 2026
  • Spring Term: February 1, 2027
  • Summer Term: May 1, 2027

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students who do not have their balance covered in full by the payment due date will be at risk of being dropped from all classes.
