Associate Dean, Student Development

At Indian Hills, we are committed to the success of all of our students. Numerous campus support services are available throughout their academic journey to assist students in achieving their educational goals. Indian Hills has adopted an Early Alert Referral System as part of a student success initiative to aid students in their educational pursuits. Faculty and staff participate by alerting and referring students to the Associate Dean, Student Development. Students will receive a follow-up email, a phone call, and an attempt will be made to locate the student on campus. Use the Early Alert Form to refer a student to the Associate Dean, Student Development.

Report Student Conduct or Concerning Behavior

The Office of Student Services at Indian Hills Community College is charged with upholding the Student Code of Conduct, which identifies behavioral expectations for all students on- and off-campus. If you have knowledge of an Indian Hills Community College student potentially violating the Student Code of Conduct, you are encouraged to notify our office of the incident.

Please use this form to report any behaviors of concern involving Indian Hills Community College students, whether these behaviors occur inside or outside of the classroom setting. Reportable behaviors may include Student Code of Conduct violations, a student who you feel may be struggling physically or psychologically, or any other behaviors of concern that you would like to see addressed or would like to discuss. When completing this form, please include your name, title, and contact information. Incident reports submitted anonymously may limit our effectiveness in dealing with concerning behavior.

In situations where you prefer to place an anonymous report in confidence, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party provider, EthicsPoint. You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations of policies stated in our Student Code of Conduct and Sexual & Gender-based Misconduct Policy, as well as other safety or ethical concerns.

The information you provide will be sent to us by EthicsPoint on a completely confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose. You have our guarantee that your concerns will be heard.
