You Are Not Alone
Life can be complicated — and your stress-inducers don't wait until semester break. If anything seems to be interfering with your progress and success in personal, academic, or athletic goals, the Counseling & Prevention Resource Center (CPRC) may be able to help.
Get Help in an Emergency or Crisis
When you call, please state (if possible), “I am experiencing a mental health crisis and need assistance.”
Anyone can request a crisis intervention for an IHCC student – classmates, faculty, staff, parents/guardians. You can also request crisis services for yourself.
