The Community Education Center (CEC) is located on the Indian Hills North Campus in Ottumwa and provides services including Adult Basic Education (ABE), and High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) instruction. (The new test is HiSET, formerly GED).
The CEC provides instruction for non–English speakers, individuals without high school diplomas, and others who need foundational training to complete their educational goals. The CEC provides access to the technology and training necessary to allow students to become literate, informed citizens who are competent technology users.
