Successful transfer of our students to four-year institutions is a primary goal of Indian Hills Community College. To assist our students in their exploration of viable transfer schools, to encourage them to begin planning, and to give them the opportunity to experience visiting campuses for themselves, Indian Hills offers a variety of Transfer Trips each year.
Transfer Trips are designed to allow Indian Hills students to visit four-year colleges and universities to which they may be considering transferring after graduation from IHCC.
These visits are free to Indian Hills students and generally include information such as:
- the admissions process of that college/university,
- faculty advising (when available),
- financial aid,
- housing details,
- campus tours,
- and more.
