Required Software: You will need to download and install the latest free version of Adobe Reader in order to view the PDF tutorials on a PC/Mac. Demonstration videos play on PC/Mac computers and mobile devices, including iDevices (iPhone, iPod, and iPad).
Note: To properly view the video tutorials on one screen, your screen resolution should be 1280 x 1024 or higher for standard screens and 1280 x 800 or higher for wide screens.

| Setting Up MFA for the First Time |  |
Note: As of November 16th, 2023, all students are required to use MFA to login to
their student portals and email accounts. MFA ensures an extra layer of secruity and
helps protect your account against unauthorized access.
If you do not own a smart phone, you will need a token in order to use MFA. Please
visit WarriorTech located in Warrior Commons on the Ottumwa Campus M-TH from 7:30am-4:30pm
