The Clery Act - What does it mean for you?

It means you have a right to know about recent crime statistics related to your school’s campus or the city where your school is located. But don’t let that scare you. If you click on this year’s report below, you’ll see it’s also a good way to share prevention tips and explain our safety and security measures.

We share statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Indian Hills Community College; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. We also included detailed institutional policies concerning campus security, confidential reporting procedures and related safety issues.
