Life.Changing.Times Guest Chef
OTTUMWA --- The Culinary Arts Department is hosting a guest chef, Chef Nicola Michieletto from Italy, on November 12th in the Studio. Chef Nicola is a Chef Instructor at CAST Alimenti, a culinary school in Brescia, Italy. Chef Nicola will be here for 4 hours on November 12th working with our IHCC students in the kitchen and doing hands on demonstrations in the Studio. This is a great opportunity for our students and the program to have a chef from Italy.
