Business Specialist FAQs

Every business, school, etc. has employees that are responsible for the office functions of that business.  There are jobs and they can be found locally.

The accounting courses are not the same as math courses. There is a required math course, which could be Business Math, and your instructors will explain the material in such a way to enable your understanding.

We try to accommodate student needs.  Most courses are available in the classroom and/or online, and independent studies can be set up if needed.

There is flexibility in the order courses can be taken, although it is a good idea to plan your courses each term with your instructors.

Instructors spend a great deal of time helping students one-on-one, outside of class hours.
