- Out-of-state tuition: $255 per credit hour
- Your total bill will be based on the number of credit hours for which you are enrolled. Some programs of study will require you to purchase a uniform, books, tools, or other items, and it is important to budget for these costs as well.

Indian Hills has articulation agreements and transfer plans with many four-year colleges and universities. However, not all credits are guaranteed to transfer because of differences in programs and requirements among various institutions. An Academic Advisor will also assist you in your future academic plans.
The first step in order to receive financial aid is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Complete and submit the FAFSA online. It is important to file the FAFSA as soon after October 1st as possible to ensure you receive priority processing.

Transfer Your A.A. Degree
Indian Hills Community College is happy to announce an articulation agreement with the University of Iowa School of Nursing which is called “RN to BSN 3 + 1”. This agreement provides a wonderful opportunity for qualifying IHCC nursing students to seamlessly transfer IHCC credits to the University of Iowa, where they can complete their complete their Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) in approximately one year following graduation from IHCC. These BSN courses can be completed entirely online while students are working in the field of nursing. Students can also complete many of the required courses here at IHCC resulting in a significant decrease in cost. Please contact the nursing department for more information regarding this opportunity. That’s what we call Life. Changing.
Indian Hills Community College has also recently signed an articulation agreement with Grand Canyon University School of Nursing (GCU). This agreement provides an opportunity for qualifying IHCC nursing students to transfer IHCC credits to GCU to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). Complete your RN-BSN core coursework in 14 months. 5-week courses, online, which will help accelerate your degree completion.
All theory courses are offered online. Complete required practicum hours in a clinical setting of your choice in your local community. Schedule your appointment today with local Iowa Counselor, Marla Schultz for a complimentary credit evaluation.
Your AA Degree is proudly accepted by William Penn University, so you can transfer smoothly into its nursing program to complete your BSN.
