Notice to Bidders

Indian Hills Community College is accepting bids for Project no. 23000458.00 which includes the Replacement of our Trustee HVAC system.

Existing chilled water system - including a chiller, air cooled condenser, primary and secondary pumps, piping, and all accessories will be decommissioned and removed. Existing two-pipe and four-pipe fan coil units will be removed. Direct expansion air coils will replace chilled water coils in existing air handling units, a new refrigerant condensing unit will be installed for each existing AHU, and Variable Refrigerant Flow systems will be installed to replace the removed fan coil units.

Bids are due on or before 10:00am on April 5, 2023.
