Report Housing Concern

Indian Hills has on–campus housing on both the Ottumwa and Centerville campuses. All residence halls are air–conditioned and have shower, restroom, and laundry facilities. Cable television, wireless internet access, and phone service are also provided. All residence halls are non–smoking. Rooms range from modern, apartment–style units to traditional double–occupancy.

Residence Halls at Indian Hills are supervised by adults living in apartments in each of the buildings. Safety and security are high priorities and the college has full–time security officers patrolling the Ottumwa campus. The Centerville residence hall is patrolled by the evening maintenance crew and the Centerville Police Department.

Meal plans are required for all room contracts. Breakfast, noon, and evening meals are served Monday through Thursday. Friday through Sunday options include noon and evening meals served on the Ottumwa campus, and weekend meal packages and individual meals on the Centerville campus. Learn more about meal plans
