Application Process

Applications will be accepted until 4:45 p.m. (Central Time) on the closing date (see job posting). If submitting your application materials by mail, please allow sufficient time for materials to be received by the closing date. Application screening and interviewing will not begin until after the closing date, unless otherwise noted.

Instructions for Applying Online

  1. Download and save the Application for Employment (Adobe Reader required).
  2. Complete all sections of the document. Shaded areas identify where information is required.
  3. Carefully check to ensure that all required information has been provided and is accurate.
  4. Click the "Signature of Applicant" box at the end of the document.
  5. If you are asked for a Digital ID and you do not already have one, click the option "A new digital ID I want to create now" and follow the instructions to create one.
  6. Save your completed application form.
  7. Prepare a separate Cover Letter and Résumé in either PDF or MS Word format.
    Note: For positions which require transcripts (see job posting), you will need to acquire your unofficial transcripts in digital format (PDF or MS Word) or submit them by mail and explain this when you submit your application. Official transcripts will be required upon hire.
  8. Attach all of the following documents to an email:

    1. Completed Application for Employment (PDF)
    2. Cover Letter (PDF or MS Word format)
    3. Résumé (PDF or MS Word format)
    4. Unofficial Transcripts (if required for position)
  9. Please include your full name and contact information in the body of the email, and the title of the position for which you are applying in the subject of your email.
  10. Send email with attachments to: hr@indianhills.edu
