IHCC students in Ottumwa can choose to live on-campus in one of five dormitories:
All dormitories are air-conditioned and have shower, restroom, and laundry facilities. Cable television and wireless internet access are also provided. All dorms are non-smoking.
Meal plans are required for all room contracts. Breakfast, noon, and evening meals are served Monday through Thursday. Only noon an evening meals are served Friday through Sunday. Download this document (12K pdf) for additional meal plan information.
All IHCC dorms are supervised by adults living in apartments in each of the buildings. Safety and security are high priorities and the college has full-time security officers patrolling the Ottumwa campus.
