The IHCC Bookstores on the Ottumwa and Centerville campuses, offer all the textbooks needed for IHCC classes each term. They also have a wide selection of stationery supplies and IHCC apparel, including sweat shirts, T-shirts, hats, and other items.
The Bookstore on the Ottumwa campus is located in the Bennett Student Services Center, 623 Indian Hills Drive, Building 12, Ottumwa, IA 52501. You can call them at 641.683.5264 or 800.726.2585, ext. 5264. The store is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Bookstore on the Centerville campus is located in the Library Building. You can call them at 641.856.2143, ext. 2237 or 2238 or 800.670.3641, ext. 2237 or 2238. The store is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Extended Hours
Regular hours for the bookstores are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, hours are extended to 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. just prior to and at the begining of each term:

Book Buybacks
An outside company is brought in at the end of every term to pay cash for textbooks. They will pay up to 50% of new retail, depending on market value. Buybacks are held in the foyer of the Bennett Student Services Center on the Ottumwa campus and in the bookstore on the Centerville campus.
Payment Options
There are several options for payment, including cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, financial aid (student loans and grants), and payment plan. Most forms of the student charges are only good for the required text and required supplies. Please note there is a cut-off date for charges each term. These will be posted in the bookstores.
Return Policy
Textbooks can be returned to the bookstore for a full refund if they are brought back to the bookstore within the first 10 class days of the current term for which they were purchased, and you have your receipt. The books must be clean and free of markings or erasures. They will be credited in the same manner in which they were purchased.
Other Products
Others items that the bookstores carry include: textbooks, study guides, reference books, software, nursing supplies, uniforms, school supplies, sweatshirts, novelties, art supplies, phone cards, backpacks, gift certificates, and parking permits required for all vehicles on campus.
