IHCC Employee Benefits

In order to be eligible for the fringe benefit package, an IHCC employee must be

employed with a faculty contract to teach a full load for a minimum of 3 terms in an academic year
employed with a letter of employment to work 36 hours per week for a minimum of 3 terms per academic year

All other employment is considered to be part-time and/or temporary. Determination of eligibility shall be made by the Dean of Human Resources.
