IHCC's Business & Industry Resource Center promotes individual business growth and regional economic development by providing training, consulting, and workforce support programs. Located on the Ottumwa campus, the Business & Industry Resource Center serves business and industry of all types and sizes in the 10-county area (Appanoose, Davis, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lucas, Mahaska, Monroe, Van Buren, Wapello and Wayne counties).

The Indian Hills Business & Industry Resource Center can assist in providing opportunities to enhance employees' skills and knowledge to help your company keep pace with the competition. We will partner with you to help determine the training needs of your employees. We will customize programs to meet your needs and deliver them at a reasonable price. We offer flexible scheduling, including web-based training. Through our network of training resources, you will have access to a wide variety of quality training programs and trainers with years of industry experience. For qualifying industries, we can even help you tap into the state's program for funding workforce training.
