- Gatlin Education Services (GES) offers open-enrollment online certificate programs. These programs are built with a team of professionals who work with an existing textbook or base of material to provide an effective online learning experience. Each program has a set of lessons and tests; students' grades are calculated using a combination of computer-graded tests and the instructor's evaluation of the student's work. Please note: Once the course is access either by requesting materials or viewing lessons, there are no refunds.
