Construction Management
Construction Management is a dual-track program that begins with the one-year Construction Trades program and continues with the Construction Management program. The Construction Management program focuses on estimating, residential wiring, heating and air conditioning design, plumbing, concrete and masonry installation, advanced framing and stair building, architectural CAD-drafting, and building science. After graduation, you will be prepared for management/supervisory positions in the building, manufacturing, and maintenance industries. This would include positions in a variety of construction trades or owning your own business.
