Focus Area: Real Estate
The Real Estate focus area is for those contemplating a career in real estate investment, property management, mortgage banking, or related fields. You will build a foundation for transfer to a four-year college for a bachelor's degree in real estate or a related business major. You will also be prepared for an entry-level job in real estate sales and management. Job opportunities are available in a variety of areas including real estate sales, brokerage, office management, appraisal, mortgaging and finance, investment, estate planning, commercial property management, and land development.
