Focus Area: Health

HealthThe Health focus area provides a foundation for anyone interested in a career in health sciences. After graduation, you can transfer to a four–year institution to continue your studies in a health science area or transfer to an IHCC Health Sciences program, including: Nursing, Emergency Medical Technician, Health Information Technology, Health Unit Coordinator, Medical Transcriptionist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Radiologic Technology. Those transferring to a four–year school might continue on paths to be physicians, occupational therapists, nutritionists, or medical assistants.
