COMPASS Testing (Required)
Students enrolling at Indian Hills Community College for Fall 2012 and later are required to satisfy either Option 1 or Option 2, below:
Option 1: Submit either an official ACT, SAT, or COMPASS score prior to registering for a MATHEMATICS and/or ENGLISH course. (COMPASS scores can be obtained by contacting the institution where the student tested and by requesting the institution to send scores to the Indian Hills Community College Testing Center).
Option 2: Take the COMPASS test prior to registering for a college-level mathematics and/or English class.
