The Health Unit Coordinator program prepares you for a career in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, insurance company, clinic, or health maintenance organization. As a health unit coordinator (unit clerk/secretary), you will provide communication support to nursing service and ancillary departments. You will be an integral part of the patient care team assisting healthcare providers.
