Textbooks may be returned to the bookstore for a full refund under the following conditions:
- They are brought back with the IHCC Bookstore receipt
- They are in the same condition in which they were purchased
- They are returned by the cut–off date of the current term, or within the first 10 class days of the current term for which they were purchased
The books must be clean and free of markings or erasures. You will be credited in the same manner in which you purchased the book. Please remember to keep your receipts.
Clothing and Supply purchases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original receipt. All items must be in the original condition, with labels and tags attached. A refund will be given in the same manner in which the item was purchased. For example, if you bought a t–shirt with a credit card, the refund amount will go back on the same credit card used for the original purchase.

The Indian Hills Bookstore can ship your order anywhere within the continental United
States for a flat rate of $7.00 for the first item, and $2.00 for each additional item. To have your order shipped anywhere outside of the continental

All items purchased will ship via UPS. If your shipping address includes a PO Box, and no street address, your order will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
