Indian Hills Community College is pleased to present Cooking with Chef Gordon, a monthly video podcast featuring Chef Gordon Rader, Program Director and Lead Culinary Instructor for our Culinary Arts program.

In each episode, Chef Gordon will share practical culinary tips designed to make fine cooking accessible to the everyday person. Whether you are new to cooking or you have some experience and would like to learn some ways to sharpen your skills, Cooking with Chef Gordon is for you!
