Wayne

In continuing to build opportunities for students to achieve affordable pathways to a baccalaureate degree and beyond, Wayne State College and Indian Hills Community College (IHCC) have created a transfer pathway to provide a guaranteed admission track if the admissions requirements are met for international students who graduate from Indian Hills with an Associate of Arts (AA) or an Associate of Science (AS) degree.

Participants Benefit in the following ways:

  • Students fully graduated from IHCC with an Associate of Arts degree (minimum 2.00 GPA) will have fully met WSC’s General Studies requirements, which include English requirements.

  • WSC advisors will be available to assist IHCC international students with appropriate academic advising related to the student’s intended plan of study while at IHCC.

  • Tuition Discount. Qualifying IHCC international students will receive the Nebraska Access scholarship, which is equal to the Nebraska resident tuition rate.  This scholarship is renewable each semester as long as the international student remains eligible for enrollment.
