COMPASS Testing

If attending IHCC, a student may take the COMPASS test twice free of charge. Thereafter, a fee of $10 per test (i.e., math only) or $20 for two or more (reading, writing, math) will be charged.
If you're a non-IHCC student taking the test for admission to another school, a fee of $10 for COMPASS testing will be charged.

COMPASS Testing is required for all freshman students prior to registration. There is no need to schedule an appointment to take the test on the Ottumwa campus. COMPASS testing is available anytime the Testing Center is open
