Student Life at IHCC

What is there to do outside of class? IHCC offers a lot of activities to appeal to all students!

Performing and Visual Arts

A wide spectrum of student, faculty and professional art exhibits and music recitals are scheduled throughout the year. Another mainstay of the calendar is the annual Indian Hills Jazzfest.

Students interested in creative writing have the opportunity to read their works to the public and publish annually in The Hills Review.

Intercollegiate Athletics

IHCC allows men and women the opportunity to compete in volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, and golf. For more information on these sports, check out the Sports Fans section.

Intramural Sports

Informal sports competition programs are designed around student interest and include basketball, disc golf, softball, volleyball, etc.

Student Government

The Student Senate organizes and coordinate many of the student activities at IHCC. Representatives to the Student Senate are elected by fellow students and they meet bi-monthly to discuss campus concerns and plan activities.
