IHCC students in Centerville can choose to live on-campus in the dormitory. It's a co-ed building with double-occupancy, air-conditioned rooms with shower, restroom, and laundry facilities. Cable television and wireless internet access are also provided. All IHCC dorms are non-smoking.
Four-day-a-week meal plans are required with each room and include breakfast, noon, and evening meals, Monday through Thursday. Weekend meal packages are available and students may also purchase individual meals Friday through Sunday.
All IHCC dorms are supervised by adults living in apartments in each of the buildings. Safety and security are high priorities. The Centerville dorm is patrolled by the evening maintenance crew and the Centerville Police Department.
