This area of concentration provides a foundation for students interested in the professional fields of chiropractic, dentistry, law, medicine, mortuary science, optometry, osteopathy, pharmacy, and veterinary medicine. It is suitable for students interested in transferring to a four-year institution in order to pursue a baccalaureate degree or advanced degrees in these professional fields:

You should have a strong background in mathematics, science, writing, and reading skills. At least one year of high school biology, chemistry, and algebra are highly recommended.
