This focus area provides the necessary background if you're interested in transferring to a four-year school to earn a bachelor's degree with a major in history or history education.
A degree in history has many career opportunities over a spectrum of governmental, corporate and private elements, including archivist, curator, historian, politician and researcher. In addition, a dual degree in education could lead to a career in a teaching position.
