The Viticulture program is a one-year program designed to prepare you to become an owner/operator of a vineyard or to seek a career in a commercial vineyard. You'll learn current practices for establishing a commercial vineyard while maintaining its health and productivity. The practical field experience feature leads you through the entire growing season from pruning in early spring to harvest in the summer.
This program is offered only on the IHCC Centerville campus.
