óThere are 5 GED Pre-tests
  1. 1)Math
  2. 2)Science
  3. 3)Social Studies
  4. 4)Reading
  5. 5)Writing

 When one pre-test is taken make arrangements for the next.
óYou must pass a GED Pre-test before you can take the GED test.  Pre-test passing scores:
  1. 1)500 in Math 
  2. 2)500 in Science 
  3. 3)500 in Social Studies  
  4. 500 in 4)Reading 
  5. 5)500 in Writing 

Ottumwa, Iowa testing times:
Wednesday – 7:15am to 4:30pm
Thursday – 7:15am to 12 noon
1st Monday evening of each month – 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Once you have passed all the GED tests, you then will earn your GED High School Equivalency Diploma.  The graduation ceremony will be held on IHCC campus in Ottuwma.
