In the Diesel Power Technology program you will acquire skills in a variety of mechanical, electrical, and computer systems necessary to diagnose, repair, and maintain agriculture equipment, trucks, and other types of heavy construction equipment. You will study diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, drivelines, power dividers, brakes, air conditioning, agriculture, and marine industries. After graduation, you will be prepared to work in a variety of diesel and power equipment areas including at agriculture dealerships, in the trucking industry, and at service and repair facilities.
