You will learn from award-winning instructors in the college’s new state–of–the–art kitchen facilities. Experiences are provided in all aspects of cooking and baking, with a combination of formal classes and extensive lab experiences. Approximately half of each day is spent applying knowledge in the kitchen or bakery, developing and practicing your culinary skills. At Indian Hills, I particularly enjoyed the passion of the Culinary Arts instructors —
They really see cooking as an art form! I was instantly hooked when I attended my first course of the program on pastries.
