Join us in the Formal Lounge for an evening of reading and book signing by Paul Kix, who is promoting his recently released breathtaking historical biography The Saboteur, which illuminates an unsung hero of the French Resistance during World War II.

Praise for The Saboteur:

“Chilling and powerful… This is first-class adventure writing, which, coupled with a true-life narrative of danger and intrigue, adds up to all night reading.” - The New York Times

Paul Kix is a deputy editor at ESPN the Magazine. His work has appeared in the New Yorker, GQ, New York, Men’s Journal, and the Wall Street Journal, among others.

Paul’s website, and in particular the news page of the site, carries rave reviews of the book from The New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal and USA Today, among other titles. See website at

Paul’s book was optioned by DreamWorks. The acclaimed director Cary Fukunaga (HBO’s True Detective, and the feature film Beasts of No Nation) is set to direct. Michael Sugar, who was part of the production team that made Spotlight, which won Best Picture at the Oscars, is set to produce.
