Come check out our 10,000-square-foot business incubator! We’ve got tons of rentable space, including: a reception area, kitchen and break room, training room, conference space, offices, and we’ve even got load bays for equipment or product loading and shipping.

TJ Heller is the REC facility director and team leader. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance-real estate from the University of Northern Iowa. In addition to serving as Director of Economic Advancement, Incubation and Entrepreneurship at Indian Hills, he owns Heller Development Inc., a commercial real-estate development company. Heller has over 18 years of entrepreneurial experience in QSR franchising and commercial real estate.

Bryan Ziegler is the director of the Small Business Development Center at Indian Hills. He earned his MBA from Western Illinois University, and he has nearly 30 years of experience serving as the Small Business Development Center Director.
